JEEnify Platform Privacy Policy

Who this is for

How Skelro Technologies handles personal data when you use JEEnify through an institute. Your JEEnify account itself is also covered by our main privacy policy.

Two roles

• The institute decides what it collects about you and why — for joining, teaching, fees and results. The institute's own privacy policy explains this.
• We process that data for the institute, to run the software it uses.
• We handle your JEEnify account (name, email, phone, sign-in) ourselves.

What we process

• Account: your name, email, phone number and how you sign in.
• Institute membership: your student ID, batch, and when you joined.
• Activity: your test attempts, answers, scores and course progress.
• Payments you make to the institute: the amount, how you paid and the reference you enter. We never receive your card or bank login details.
• Technical: device, browser, IP address and logs, to keep the platform secure.

How we use it

• To run the institute's website, tests, courses and records for it.
• To keep the platform secure and prevent misuse.
• To send service emails for the institute, such as receipts and payment updates.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your institute data to market to you.

Who can see it

• The institute's admins and staff, as the institute allows.
• Our service providers for hosting, email and storage, under contract.
• Authorities, where the law requires.

Keeping and deleting

We keep institute data while the institute uses JEEnify, and afterwards only as long as the law requires. To see, correct or delete your data, ask the institute; you can also write to us.
