JEEnify Platform Terms

Who these terms are for

These terms apply when you use JEEnify through an institute — a coaching institute, school or teacher ("the institute") whose website, classes, tests or materials run on JEEnify. JEEnify is operated by Skelro Technologies, Hadosiddapura Sarjapura Main Road, Carmelaram Post, Bangalore-560035 ("we", "us").

Our role: the software, not the institute

• We provide the software the institute uses: its website, sign-in, tests, study materials and records.
• The institute decides its own fees, courses, classes, content, schedules and who may join.
• When you pay a fee to the institute, you pay the institute directly. We do not receive, hold or refund that money.
• Refunds, cancellations, failed payments and disputes about fees are between you and the institute, under the institute's own policies, which are linked on its pages.

Your account

• Your JEEnify account is yours: one account per person. Keep your login safe and do not share it.
• If you are under 18, use JEEnify only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• The institute can see your profile within the institute, your results in its tests and your activity in its courses, and can end your membership of the institute.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy, scrape, record, share or resell content on JEEnify, whether it is ours or the institute's.
• Do not interfere with tests, or try to reach other people's data or our systems.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

The service

• We work to keep JEEnify available, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
• What the institute publishes — its classes, materials, notices and claims — is the institute's responsibility. Report anything unlawful with "Report this page" or to our Grievance Officer.
• No score, rank or admission is promised.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the institute's services, fees, refunds or content, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
